Due to the custom nature of our celebration decoration services, cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled event date to be eligible for a refund.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than two weeks in advance. Cancellations within two weeks of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Date changes are subject to availability. Requests for date changes made more than two weeks in advance may be accommodated without additional charges, subject to availability.
Modifications to service scope or design may be requested up to one week before the event. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.
