Guidelines for working with our decoration services

Booking and Consultation

All projects require an initial consultation to discuss your vision and requirements

Bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability

Consultation appointments are scheduled during our standard business hours

Design Process

Design proposals will be provided within five business days after consultation

Clients may request up to two rounds of revisions to the initial design concept

Final approval must be received at least one week before the event date

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking

Remaining balance is due on the day of installation or event setup

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards

Installation and Setup

Our team will arrive at the scheduled time to set up decorations

Access to the venue must be available during agreed installation windows

Breakdown and removal services are available upon request

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event receive a full refund

Cancellations within two weeks forfeit the deposit

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
