shraxellshar provides visual decoration services for celebrations and events throughout New Zealand, with a focus on Auckland. We offer consultation, design, and installation services for various types of celebrations including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions.
All services are provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with New Zealand standards.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have certain rights as a consumer in New Zealand. Our services come with guarantees that:
These guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under New Zealand law. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund.
All bookings require a deposit of 50% to confirm. Final payment is due on the day of service or as otherwise agreed. Payment methods include bank transfer (NZ bank accounts) and major credit cards. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change, but we will honour the price quoted at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this cancellation policy. If we fail to provide services as agreed, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund regardless of timing.
We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct. All information provided about our services is accurate to the best of our knowledge. If you believe any information is misleading, please contact us immediately.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or venue restrictions that prevent service delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory consumer protection laws in New Zealand.
